We want you to be completely satisfied with your Patricia Nash purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original dust bags and authenticity cards are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
